Anti-Spam Policy

Kestrel Folio, and every page on kestrelfolio.com, may not be promoted through unsolicited bulk email or any other unsolicited bulk messaging. The rule binds our staff, our contractors and anyone acting for us.

Who we are

Kestrel Folio is a brand of Redhead Digital Agency FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Premises 40073-001, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE (IFZA licence 40073). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The email we send

We contact owners and editors of websites to propose a paid editorial placement on their own site. In that exchange we are offering to pay the publisher, not selling them anything.

  • Each email goes to one person and is written for that person and their site.
  • Each email names the sender and the company behind the brand.
  • Each email explains where we found the recipient’s contact details.
  • Each email includes a way to opt out.

What we do not do

  • We do not send one message to a list of recipients.
  • We do not use bought, rented or scraped mailing lists, and we do not pass contact data to others.
  • We run no affiliate or referral scheme, and nobody is paid to send email in our name.
  • We send no consumer marketing and no newsletter from this domain.

Sources of contact details

We use business contact details that a site publishes for contact or partnership enquiries, details found in public professional profiles, and details you send us yourself. The Privacy Policy covers this in full.

How to opt out

  • Use the opt-out form on our home page. The address is removed immediately.
  • Or reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us. It has the same effect.
  • Or write to info@kestrelfolio.com. Requests by email are completed within 3 business days.
  • Addresses that opt out, complain or bounce go onto a shared suppression list and are not contacted again from any of our domains.

Enforcement

Staff or contractors who break this policy lose access to outreach work. A third party who breaks it loses its agreement with us.

Reporting

If you received an email from us that you consider spam, forward it with full headers to one of the addresses below. Every report is investigated and answered.
